Suspect Sought in Connection with
Sexual Assault
On August 6, 2016 at approximately 4:32 p.m. LVMPD patrol officers were dispatched to a hotel located in the 4100 block of Boulder Highway to investigate a report of a victim who had been battered and sexually assaulted inside one of the rooms. The victim had been transported to the University Medical Center prior to officers’ arrival.
The investigation initiated by the LVMPD Sexual Assault Section indicated the victim, who is an employee of the hotel, was inside one of the rooms when a man entered the room, battered, and committed a sexual offense against the victim. The suspect left when another employee came to the door.
The suspect was described as a light skinned black male adult between 25 to 30 years of age. He had a medium build and was last seen wearing a red and black baseball cap, a red and black striped shirt, and grey shorts with green patches on the inside of the legs.
